Horses and riders shouldn’t be risking their lives on our roads.
Tomorrow there will be an important debate in Parliament on horse and rider road safety. Many constituents have contacted me about near-misses and frightening experiences, and as a horse lover I fully share those concerns.
Government must do more to ensure riders and their horses are properly protected on our roads.
